Suits Prosecure Models, For version use MILAPROCASE35D.

Mila Prosecure gearboxes are available in 35mm backset with either a split spindle or single spindle mechanism.

Prosecure gearboxes were previously sold as Evolution locks and the gearboxes are interchangeable.

Mila Prosecure gearboxes measure 200mm high by 52mm. The latch measures 30mm high, the deadbolt is 36mm high and there is 60mm between the bottom of the latch and the top of the deadbolt. Please note that the design of this gearbox includes a connecting point at the top and bottom. Our gearbox measurement excludes those connecting points. When included, the gearbox measures 218mm.

Gearboxes are fitted to faceplates with 3 screw holes. The top to middle screw hole measures 112mm and the middle to bottom also measures 95mm.

Operation: Lift lever

Latch reversal: Push in the latch, and undo the screw in the side of the lock case (adjacent to the latch) to remove the latch. Reverse, reinsert, and replace the screw

To lock the door

1. Lift the handle upwards to engage the locking points.

2. Lock the locking points and main deadbolt (if present) by turning the key.

To unlock the door

1. Unlock the system by turning the key.

2. Push the handle downwards to disengage the locking points and retract the latch.
