How To Replace Escutcheons
There are two main types of escutcheons which will determine how it is replaced: stick on and screw on. Once the old escutcheon has been removed, you can then either stick on screw in place your new one. If this is the first time a screw on escutcheon has been used on the door or if they have different screw positions it will be worth drilling pilot holes into the door before screwing the new escutcheon into position.
