However, part: UM3D5085 is a potential alternative. The Ucem UM3DB5085 is a close match for this lock, but it isn't perfect. The unusual backset and centres match but the replacement features deadbolts and they are in slightly different locations.

This Azbe 6 pin lock is commonly used in Spain but less common in the UK and Ireland,

It is supplied with a U-rail faceplate and one piece keep.

Operation: Key Wind

To lock the door

1. On closing the door, the latch is automatically engaged.

2. Turn the key to throw and engage or "wind" out the locking points.

To unlock the door

1. Turn the key to unlock the door by "unwinding" the locking points.

2. A further quarter turn of the key will retract the latch.

Latch Reversal: Insert a screwdriver into back of case. Push the latch clear of faceplate, twist to reverse and release.

You may find this lock used as a timber door lock or a composite door lock.
