The Fix ALL Flexi Multi Purpose SMX Sealant is a multi-use sealant suitable for bonding, sealing, and filling applications. It is formulated to provide high flexibility and primerless adhesion on a wide range of materials and surfaces. The product can be applied in both interior and exterior conditions and is compatible with porous, non-porous, wet, and humid surfaces, excluding polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

This sealant contains XS1 fungicide to resist mould growth and is non-staining and virtually odourless. It is appropriate for use on natural stone surfaces such as marble and limestone, along with sanitary sealing and bonding tasks in kitchens, bathrooms, and showers. The product is supplied loose and can be applied in all weather conditions.
