The Titan by Jackloc is the strongest and most secure window restrictor in the world, due to its steel folding mechanism.

This key lockable window restrictor restricts the window from opening further than 100mm and it can’t be disengaged without the use of a key. It’s tested to withstand a force of 4,800 newtons, or the equivalent of five adult males, which exceeds all standard requirements by nearly 10 times.

The patented design of The Titan window lock provides extra security for open windows and is awarded Sold Secure status by the Master Locksmiths Association, making it the first, and only, window restrictor to achieve this accolade.

The restrictor can fit most window sizes and types including side-hung and top-hung windows, uPVC, Timber and Aluminium.

The ability to dis-engage the restrictor with a key, provides flexibility to allow the window to be fully opened if required. The product comes with hardened and zinc coated, grade 4 security clutch screws and comes with a 10-year guarantee.

Locking Body – Part A

• 4 x 40mm screws for fixing locking body to the casement or outer frame.

Footplate - Part B and Spacers

• 4 x 25.4mm screws for fixing footplate on its own or with the 5mm spacer.
• 4 x 40mm screws for fixing the footplate with either spacer to 15mm (can be spacer 5mm and 10mm together, orthe 15mm).
• 4 x 55mm screws for fixing the footplate and all spacers (spacer 5mm, 10mm and 15mm)

The security screws supplied are No 8. Countersunk.

• BS EN 13126-5:2001 Tested to pass all strength, load and impact tests up to a force of 4,800 newtons
• UKAS BS EN 14351-1:2001 Tested to exceed the pass rate of 350 newtons
