VERSA Egress Easy Clean Friction Stays have built-in restrictors for use in applications where windows should not be fully opened.

A built-in mechanism restricts the initial opening with a release that allows for a full opening for ease of cleaning and ventilation

These are available as top, or side hung. Top hung are NOT handed. Side hung ARE handed. VERSA stays are supplied in handed pairs and with packers to convert between 13 and 17mm stack heights.
