The BL7701 FT ECP is a premium heavy duty door lock designed for high-traffic areas. Combining robust mechanical security with fire door compliance, it’s ideal for commercial and public environments requiring durable and reliable access control.

The BL7701 FT ECP heavy duty door lock is built for high-traffic areas where reliability and durability are essential. It comes supplied with an intumescent kit, making it compliant with 30 and 60-minute timber fire door regulations.

Designed to share the same footprint as other popular heavy-duty locks, such as the Unican 1000 and 5000, this heavy-duty door lock makes upgrading or replacing existing locks simple. The Easicode Pro system allows quick, on-the-door code changes and includes a free passage function from the internal handle, preventing any unauthorized code changes.

This model also features a built-in key override in the lever or knob handle using a SFIC (small format interchangeable core) cylinder. Turning the key engages the handle, making it ideal for use with heavily sprung third-party locks.

Unique to ECP models is the free-rotating lever handle feature, which engages only when the correct code is entered, enhancing operational durability. This feature also prevents the handle from drooping.

Manufactured with stainless steel coding for long-lasting durability, the BL7701 FT ECP comes with a 60mm tubular latch and is suitable for both internal and external use on wooden, composite, and steel doors.
